A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that you can collect your keys at the office in ul. Wschodnia 18. The office is open from Monday to Friday between 9 and 5 pm. If you expect to arrive outside the opening hours, please inform Apartamenty Sun&Snow at least a day in advance.
Please note that construction work is going on nearby and some rooms may be affected by noise.
Please note that on May 30-31, 2023, due to maintenance works carried out by Miejskie Energetyka Cieplna in Kolobrzeg (MEC), there will be no access to hot water in the facility.
