The Immerso Hotel is a new hospitality proposal, born from the passion for Ericeira to be a reference in Portugal. The restaurant concept is developed by Chef Alexandre Silva, repeatedly awarded a Michelin star, where the seasonality of ingredients is respected and where gastronomy and regional products are the focus.
