A lobby and a reception are available to guests. A lift can be used to access the upper floors. Internet access and wireless internet access (no extra charge) are available in the public areas. Gastronomic options offered by the hotel include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Guests can buy holiday mementos from the souvenir shop. Shopping facilities are available. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and an attractive garden. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park. Among the additional services available are a babysitting service, a childcare service, room service and a hairdressing salon.
Rooms
Special family rooms are available for families with children. All rooms feature air conditioning and a bathroom. Most accommodation units additionally feature a balcony or a terrace. Many of the rooms also offer a sea view, adding to the ambience. The accommodation units each feature separate bedrooms. Cots are available for children. A safe and a minibar also feature. The rooms offer a range of amenities, including tea and coffee making equipment. Each accommodation unit offers internet access, a telephone, a TV and wireless internet access. Each of the bathrooms features a shower, a bathtub and a hairdryer.
Sports/Entertainment
The hotel offers an outdoor pool and a children's pool. The sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace offer a great place to unwind. The poolside bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. The hotel offers a very extensive sport and leisure programme, including tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball and basketball. For a fee, fishing is also available. Fishing is organised by third-party operators. At the hotel, guests have a wide range of watersports to choose from, including jet skiing, a banana boat, sailing, kayaking and aquafit, or for a fee, windsurfing, pedal boat hire, canoeing, catamaraning and diving. The hotel also offers sports enthusiasts a wide range of indoor facilities and activities, including a gym, table tennis, darts and yoga. Various wellness options are offered, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. An entertainment programme, a disco, a kids' club and a nightclub provide guests with recreational options during their free time.
Meals
The hotel offers a wide range of bookable meals and board options, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and All-inclusive. The hotel additionally offers snacks. Alcohol-free drinks and alcoholic drinks are available.
Payment
All major credit cards, including American Express, VISA, Diners Club and MasterCard, are accepted for payment.
All guest will be able to enjoy in any of our 5 (five) A La Carte Restaurants (except Meat Point & Fish Bone wherein a supplement of AED 100 net per person will continue to apply). All guests will be invited to our International Buffet at Seven Heights for the remaining nights / longer duration of stay. Restaurant reservation still needs to be done for all our Ala carte restaurants.
All guests will not be able to dine or repeat the same Ala carte restaurant more than once per stay
Supplement of AED 100 net per person will be applicable at Meat Point & Fish Bone wherein children below 12 years of age are not permitted
Dining for the 6th time or more in one of our A La Carte Restaurants will be with extra charge of AED 100 per person per dining.

Kindly be informed that UAE Armed Forces are initiating Union Fortress event to demonstrate and highlight the role of highly trained armed forces in safeguarding and securing the nation and its people. This is the 6th edition of Union Fortress event and will be the biggest-ever public demonstration of the UAE Armed Forces which will be in Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra (near to city stay Beach Hotel Apartment) on 1 November 2019 at 4:30 PM – Activity zones open at 10:30 AM. The event is open and the entry is free to all. Al Marjan Island road will be closed from 10:00AM till 07:00PM on Friday, 1st November 2019. Please find attached road closure map for your reference.

We are glad to announce that the PCR Test coverage conditions for international travellers staying at Rixos Bab Al Bahr have been updated and the validity of the offer is now extended to September 30th 2021.
As previously communicated, Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) in partnership with RAK Hospital is providing free PCR tests for all international visitors to Ras Al Khaimah with the requirement of minimum length of 2 nights stay. For shorter stays, guests may individually arrange the test at any local COVID Testing Facilities.
The PCR test can be conducted at two different locations, to which guests have to arrange their own transportation:
1- RAK Medical Centre, Al Hamra Mall, from 10:00am to 14:00h (above 12 y/o only).
2- RAK Hospital, Al Juwais, open 24/7.
Other Terms and Conditions previously communicated are the following:
Children below 12 years of age have to do their COVID testing only in RAK Hospital.
One PCR test per guest. Terms and Conditions apply.
Guests have to present their passports and hotel booking confirmation (voucher).
PCR test results will be made available within 12 - 24 hours from the time of sample collection.
Hotel will not bear responsibility for delays and possible malfunctions that may occur in the
receipt of the results and the same should be instructed to guests by the Travel Agency in
advance.
Responsibility to do the test before departure belongs to the guests.
Transportation to medical centres must be covered by guests themselves.
