This hotel is located on the south coast of Barbados, just a few minutes from Oistins. It is around 20 minutes to Bridgetown, the island's main duty-free shopping area. Grantley Adams Airport may be reached in 15 minutes, making transfer both quick and easy. Facilities The hotel features 7 accommodation units. Guests of the hotel are welcomed in the lobby, which has a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service. The upper floors can be reached by lift. Amenities include a cloakroom, a safe and currency exchange facilities. Internet access (for a fee) and wireless internet access are available in the public areas. The hotel offers a range of amenities for a comfortable stay, including gastronomic options such as a restaurant, a café and a bar. Guests can visit the supermarket to purchase daily necessities. Guests can buy holiday mementos from the souvenir shop. Shopping facilities are available. A garden is among the features contributing to a pleasant stay. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, with tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball and basketball. Guests of the hotel can have fun with watersports such as windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling and diving. IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to legal reasons, Sea Breeze Beach House All Inclusive is required to urgently relocate the extractor duct of the Mahogany restaurant from the ground floor to the roof of the new building. The work required to facilitate this will be isolated and specific to the task in hand and is scheduled to take place from September 27, 2018 - October 20, 2018 between the hours of 10am – 5pm. Guests will not be audibly or visually impacted by this. The expected completion date is October 30, 2018. There will be one stack of scaffolding erected on September 27, 2018 and removed on October 20, 2018. The handheld machines will include drills, mallets and welding as the ducts are being secured to the outer structure of the building. All meals will be served in other venues on property. NOTE: APPROVED HOTEL Sea Breeze Beach House has been inspected by the Ministry of Health and has been approved as a ‘Designated and Approved Hotel’ to accept guests from high-risk countries. QUARANTINE PROTOCOLS New protocols are effective from May 8, 2021 and the following applies to: VACCINATED TRAVELLERS Summary: Restricted to property prior to 2nd Test Vaccinated guests are mandated to stay in approved accommodation until receipt of their on-island COVID-19 test. Results take approximately 24 hours to be returned. On arrival guests will be able to move around the resort freely. Vaccinated guests will be able to use the resorts pools and restaurants and upon receipt of a negative result from their on-island PCR test, guests will be allowed to leave the resort to enjoy the island. Guests will be allocated room category booked. Please also note that whilst awaiting the results of their on-island PCR Test vaccinated guests will not have access to the beach area, the gym and in-room spa treatments. Important Fully Vaccinated means: A person who has received both shots of any vaccine or one shot of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, and 14 days have passed before arriving on the island. Any party of persons composed of fully vaccinated and unvaccinated or non-fully vaccinated persons travelling together will be treated as nonvaccinated in keeping with the national protocols. Children will be deemed the same status as their parents. UNVACCINATED TRAVELLERS Summary: Restricted to room for a minimum of 5 Days Unvaccinated guests are mandated to stay in approved accommodation for 5 nights, after which they are required to take a second PCR test. Test results may take 24 – 48 hours to be returned. On arrival guests will be accommodated in the Driftwood Building, (Classic Poolside/Ocean View Room), until they receive their negative test result. The property suggest that guests and operators book a Classic Room for the first 7 nights of their stay to accommodate this Government protocol. On receipt of a negative result from their PCR test, guests will be accommodated in their originally booked room either from the day following receipt of their result or, subject to availability and timing, on the same day. Please also note that in accordance with current COVID protocols unvaccinated guests are required to stay in their rooms prior to the confirmation of a negative result of their mandatory second test. All meals and beverages will be served via room service at no additional charge while in quarantine. This service will be provided during the the outlet opening times. Additionally, it is a requirement for guests to provide the Ministry of Health with twice daily temperature checks and recommend bringing your own thermometer. Housekeeping service will be on request. Staff are not permitted into occupied quarantine rooms. Linen, towels and other supplies will be provided to the guest room door. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that unvaccinated guests advise prior to arrival to ensure that quarantine protocols can be pre-booked and arranged ahead of arrival. CHANGES TO GENERAL HOTEL SERVICES Due to current occupancies and protocols all restaurants will not be open every night however, a selection of dinner menus from all the restaurants will be available on rotation throughout your stay. To avoid guests congregating around the bar all drinks will be served. Housekeeping service will be provided every two days unless requested daily. Staff are not permitted to be in the room when guests are present. Guests should also note that the hotel operation and its implementation of the hotel’s COVID protocols are guided by the Ministry of Health of Barbados, and services may be affected due to mandatory government policies.
