The city center with shopping streets and Antwerp's famous sights are easy to reach as well. The accomodation is located in the beautiful Belle-Epoque neighborhood ‘Zurenborg', a small neighborhood with nice restaurants and bars. All the rooms and apartments are provided with a fully equipped kitchenette (hotel) or kitchen (business flats), except for the standard room. Right across the street, there is a big supermarket ‘Delhaize'. Also Aldi, Lidl and Carrefour (open on Sunday) are within walking distance of the hotel. Arass Hotel*** & Business Flats also offers 24/24h facilities as secured and indoor private parking, free Wi-Fi in the whole building, and washing machines and dryers. Guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet in the restaurant of the hotel. For a short stay (1 to 7 nights), there are spacious standard rooms (35m²) available and Studio's with a kitchenette (35m²). These were renovated in July 2014 and feature air-conditioning and flat screen TV with more than 100 international channels. For a longer stay, there is a choice of different types of apartments: Duplex Superior Apartment (55m²) Penthouse Apartment (80m²) Grand Apartment (100m²) Family Apartment (120m²) Please do note that for every reservation we ask a guarantee of €250 (longer then 7nights = €500).
