La estructura del edificio, de 13 alturas y 5 plantas subterráneas, se abre en dos puntas que miran al puente de La Salve y al Museo Guggenheim, regalando desde su terraza mirador una de las vistas más impresionantes de la ría que moldea su contorno. El hotel cuenta con un total de 93 modernas habitaciones, distribuidas en torno a un impresionante atrio de gran altura como espacio central de comunicación entre las mismas. Se distribuyen en Habitaciones Dobles y Junior Suites, con vistas a la ciudad, a la ría y al Museo Guggenheim. Todas ellas amplias y luminosas, totalmente equipadas. En la primera planta, donde se encuentra el acceso principal al hotel, se sitúa la Terraza Mirador de 653 metros cuadrados, donde se puede disfrutar de un riquísimo tentempié o tomar una copa contemplando unas preciosas vistas a la ría y al Museo Guggenheim Bilbao. El porche del hotel, protegido por la propia edificación, sirve de transición hacia la gran terraza mirador, el espacio perfecto tanto para tomar algo como para celebrar todo tipo de eventos.
