Our open buffet breakfast service was stopped and our breakfast started to be served as continental breakfast in restaurant. Standard chemicals, used in routine cleaning operations, were replaced with chemicals that are disinfected and sanitized. The rooms were disinfected with the ULV system before standart cleaning. The rooms are kept empty for a minimum of 48 hours after accomodation. General areas started to be disinfected at certain time intervals.
Staff were trained on COVID-19 and general hygiene and disinfection rules. For personal protection, mask, gloves, hand disinfectants and all possible equipment and chemicals were supplied and given to the use of departments. At the entrance to the hotel, a special disinfectant is applied for the guest’s shoes, and a hand sanitizer is also provided. Entrance to the hotel is not allowed without mask. Guests without masks are provided free masks.
