Standard check-in time is 03:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly. 2. Age Policy :- Extra above 4 yrs -9 yrs to be charged INR2500 + Taxes , Above 9 yrs consider as an adult INR4500 +Taxes Per Kid Per Night basis.(4 Adult in one room not allowed).(Charges taken are Accommodation price only). 3. As per Hotel Policy 4 PAX in ONE ROOM IS “NOT ALLOWED” Except FRS Room. 4. BREAKFAST is included on CP PLAN. 5. OUTSIDE FOOD /LIQUOR IS NOT ALLOWED. 6. The Tariff does not include charges for optional “Room Service” (such as Telephone calls, Room Service, Mini Bar, Snacks, Laundry extra bed etc.). 7. The hotelier may charge your Card/Account for additional cancellation charges, if any 8. Mandatory charge (PAY AT HOTEL) of Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year's eve. Other special supplements may also be applicable during festival periods such as Dusshera, Diwali etc. Any such charge would have to be cleared directly at the hotel. 9. In case of an increase in the hotel tariff (due to an event or festive occasion) the customer is liable to pay the difference, if the period of stay falls within this duration. 10. For Day Use booking, extension of stay beyond the time slots booked will levy additional charges. (B)As per recent Govt. law, it is Mandatory for all the guests to show their Photo ID proof at the time of Check-In which can be in form of Passport and Visa Copy, Driving License, Voter ID Card, failing which the hotel reserves the right of refusal. (C) IN CASE OF foreigner/NRI guest passport with Visa or OCI/POI is mandatory. Pan Card will not be accepted. (D) As per Government regulations, It is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. In case, check-in is denied by the hotel(s) due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW. 13. For In-house guests, Village Entry will be Complimentary without a Meal. 14. No Professional Photo-shoot or Videography is allowed in the Premises without permission. “Charges Applicable”. 15. Safety features at this property include a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, a first aid kit and window guards. 16. Arms/Weapons are not allowed in the premises. 17. Our resort is theme based resort having all different room size and interiors, in each of the categories Mandatory Gala Dinner charges payable at the hotel:- Mandatory Gala Dinner charges on 24th & 25th December - Child 4 to 8 years @ 1899/- per child and above 8 years/adult @ 2999/- plus GST per person. Mandatory Gala Dinner charges on 31st December - Child 4 to 8 years @ 5499/- per child and above 8 years/adult @ 8999/- plus GST per person and 15499/- plus GST for couples. Our Resort is Theme Based Resort having all different room size and Interior in each of the category. Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
