We would like to inform all of our customers that starting from April 1st 2024, all guests at Daiwa Roynet Hotels will only receive room cleaning services upon request. However, please note that in order to keep the hotel hygienic, we will clean the room once every three days even if no request was made. We would also like to inform you that, whereas before all rooms received the same amenities, we will now provide each room with specific amenities tailored to each guests’ individual needs (Excludes Premier hotels). By reducing the frequency at which guest rooms are cleaned, we hope to reduce waste water, reduce water pollution and conserve energy. Accomplishing this will ultimately lead to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
