***Please be informed that the hotel will be commencing room refurbishment starting Jan 8 2018 until May 31 2019. These works are confined to the rooms only where the whole floor will be cordoned off and any works that may be noisy will be restricted between 10am - 6pm on weekdays and 11am - 5pm on weekends.
ADDITIONAL NOTE/UPDATE FROM THE HOTEL: the renovation which started in January 2018 is progressing well. To-date, we have completed the 10th floor (39 rooms) and currently the works are progressing on the 9th & 8th floors (86 rooms) which will be completed by this month’s end. By 30 June 2018, we would have completed the 7th floor and we would have a total of 168 refurbished rooms.
Works will STOP during the months of July & August during the Middle East Season and we will recommence refurbishment from September right until 30 November, targeting another 3 floors (6th, 5th & 4th floors – 123 rooms).
By the end of November 2018 – we would have completed a total of 291 rooms
The balance 74 rooms (levels 3 & 2) will be done in January to March 2019.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Some of the hotel guestrooms will be closed for renovations at different stages until approximately 15/05/2019. Noise disturbance may occur between 10:00 and 18:00, on weekdays and between 11:00 and 17:00, on weekends. During this period, the Kampung building will be knocked down and a new landscape garden constructed. The reception counter and bay lounge will undergo renovation from 08/04/2019 until 15/05/2019. All other facilities/services will operate as normal.The BAYVIEW BEACH RESORT is a Beach Resort, Business, Leisure, Tourist hotel. The nightlife/restaurants are easily accessible by taxi or bus from the hotel.
